That for sure should be rejected by the validator. It checks for mobile phone numbers only, so 06 and 07 in your screenshot.

The regex is /^(\+?33|0)[67]\d{8}$/
which looks similar to the others in that file and we test for '+33612457898' to be valid so I don't think the + is the issue. What I do see however is that you do not start with a 6 or 7 after the country code which we do check for in mobile phone numbers.
I'll close this as working as intended, but feel free to reply and then we can look into it more.

is for a number in Southeast France
