Support watch at file level

Watch argument supports only folder and fine for building but if you want to watch a file for restarting program. You can create a folder for each of them but this could be handled in god

Feel unnecessary at the moment, problem can solve this way: 1) a "run-folder" for each 2) create "run-folder" and create a touch file with different name/extension
