Mine is below:
・Python 3.8.13
・scikit image: Ver 0.21.0
I would appreciate it if you could let me know if you have any ideas.

Thanks for bringing up this issue. I am not personally aware of this HTTP error. I appreciate your efforts in finding a workaround solution for the first error, and it is helpful to have this information to assist others who may encounter the same problem. But I am not sure why the second error happened.

A quick search indicates the second error could be relevant to this issue thread?

Might be helpful if you can list your Python version and the installed packages by running:

python --version
pip show scikit-image

Mine is Python 3.9.7 and scikit-image=0.19.3.

After changing to scikit-image==0.19.3, the error disappeared and the learning process was successful.
