I suspect that the peak calling has run but there is a problem with the output file, which gets read in for some post-processing. Could you please check for the peak output file and perhaps show the first few lines of the file as well as line 56, which is causing the error? Bear in mind this software was designed specifically to operate on single-cell datasets produced by nanodroplet technologies like 10x Chromium and one of the assumptions of FIndPeaks is that the aligned reads will pile up in Gaussian-like distributions.
