In the SDL wiki it says "This function is available since SDL 2.0.2.", so please tell which version of SDL you have installed.

Hi, I just pushed an update to the code so that it doesn't completely disable go-sdl2 from compiling for missing the functions due to older SDL version (the functions will just return 0 or false). Have a try!

Yep, your fix works fine - thanks. I can now install sdl bindings.
