Windows installer application configuration is incorrect about pymunk

Thanks for the report. Unfortunately I do not have a computer with windows without
visual studio installed to test on, but I tried just now on a XP with a clean install
of python and couldn't reproduce the problem.
Some googling and it might be a bug in python 2.6.1, which version of python do you
have? I also found something about the installer, that its possible to generate a msi
installer instead of exe, which provides better logging opportunities. I will see if
I can create one when I get home.
(Anyway, the source release is almost as easy to install from so hopefully you can
use it until the installer problem is resolved)

Ok, I found another issue with pymunk 0.8.3 which made it not work on python 2.5, and
therefor created a quickfix release. In the process I also created two msi installers
that you can try instead if you still have problems with the .exe windows installer.

I have added code to always build both .msi and .exe binaries meaning that this
shouldn't be an issue now. Especially as I think it only affects python 2.6.1.
Therefor Ill mark this as Fixed.
