Check out Issue #3 and let me know if that fixes your issue. I'll have a proper fix merged in this weekend.

@Norwall-Brandon - I just pushed that should fix file path resolution on Windows. Can you let me know if that fixes your issue? It may or may not be related. I don't have a great way to test on Windows at the moment.

excellent! I've just gotten back into the office and will give this a shot and report back with results...

No, it seems that did not help. Still get the same error msg. I'm probably going to just try and get this going in a properly config'd Cygwin terminal or if that doesn't work just fire up Netrunner Linux in VMware and call it a day...

Trying to develop in Ruby on Windows is just a lesson in frustration in my experiences. I can keep this going if you want though(this is my work account, separate from my own personal Github account), if anyone knows of a way to get a more verbose debug message as to what exactly this error pertains to then I'm all for trying to fix.

Usually though, it's better to just give up and wait for whatever ruby gem gets fixed to better operate with Windows. Which is a pity since it usually happens with a sweet project such as this one. Le sigh.

after doing some research I came across this project. Maybe this would help?

@Norwall-Brandon what version of Node / npm are running.
Windows 7 Professional 64bit
node -v v0.10.29
npm -v 1.4.14

Closing this, as it seems unrelated to this set up, and might be a problem with a specific package or node version. If it's something with this setup, I'll reopen.
