Join existing room

I have a room ID (in the format `#room:server.org`) that I want to join. I saw the "create room" button but did not find a "join room" button.

I agree that we need a better UI for this, but it is currently possible by writing the full room id in the search field, then click the suggestion that comes up with the room.
