When displaying `m.notice` events, there is only minimal inline markdown parsing. For example, this includes basic styling but excludes headings, as seen in the screenshot below.

Thank you for reporting, this should be an easy fix, simply render the message in the same ways as regular text messages with the gray styling applied.
