Implement continuous scroll effect option for page jumps about vimperator-labs

My first instinct would be to see whether there's another addon that implements this auto-scroll functionality rather than adding it into vimp.
My second instinct would be that this should be a vimperator plugin rather than something in core, if an addon from above isn't found.

What I don't like about the smoozie plugin is that if you load it without modifying .vimperatorrc and the plugin script itself, you lose the default fine scrolling functionality of j and k.

A suggestion:
Changes preferably in Vimperator core but can be changed in .vimperatorrc:
<C-j> and <C-k> seems to do the same thing for me in normal mode: go to top right search bar.

My suggestion is to set remap this to <C-m>, which is not used in normal mode as far as I know.

Then map scrolling a half page with <C-j> and <C-k> the default in vimperator so you can still use the fine scrolling if you want to with j and k.

Then I'll make a pull request to let the smoozie plugin effect work on <C-j> and <C-k>.
