Have you taken a look at :sanitize?
Check out :h :sanitize and :h 'sanitizeitems.

As gkatsev said correctly, try using :sanitize (I agree, it's a very bad name, and might be renamed/aliased by :clean).

I've tried to use it, but I always receive an error
:sanitize -> argument required
:sanitize cache -> TypeError: acallback is not a function
:sanitize cookies -> idem
:sanitize -timespan=0 cache -> idem

:sanitize is broken in Vimperator 3.8.2. It is fixed in current master branch, though.

You can always try to build Vimperator yourself:

• Clone the vimperator-labs repo:

git clone https://github.com/vimperator/vimperator-labs.git

• Run make from the root directory of the cloned repo:

cd vimperator-labs
make
ls downloads

• Install Vimperator from the freshly built downloads/vimperator-x.y.z.xpi file
