Benefit of a Picasso transformation vs just any image, automatically rounded by the IV?

It's more that Picasso uses it's own drawable class that helps it fade and animate which interferes with how the rounding works, you'll see lots of interesting bugs trying to use the 2 together.

Would it perhaps cause OOM exceptions?

If you don't use the Transformation and use Picasso directly with RoundedImageView? Hm... Possibly...

It;s just im hitting an unusual amount of them and im not using transformations!
