remove dependecy of curl replace with get_url module of ansible. about ansible-composer

Tried to push a branch and pull request. I suppose I don't have permission. First time I've done this.

This should resolve your issue though. I updated the syntax while I was at it.

@jhughes-mc thanks for the efforts, please note that what you should do is fork the project, push the changes to a branch on your fork and open a pull request choosing your repo as a "compare" branch.
