Your answer states the issue appeared with chrome 86 and makes it seem like the issue is there ever since when actually it was resolved again in chrome 89 and onwards.

My intention was to make that clear to anyone stumbling over this issue as it's a non issue.

This happened since Chrome 86 and we probably don't have a solution so far, check my answer here

according to this answer it seems to have worked again for Chrome 89+ so maybe we can close this issue?
