Okay and with Circe, we'll currently save raw JSONs directly to the journal, right?

@MarconZet, @PawelLipski - just wanted to make it clear. Do I get it right that the idea of this issue is to add compression for paylaods that are bigger than 32KiB within our Serializer - https://github.com/VirtusLab/akka-serialization-helper/tree/main/circe-akka-serializer/ - so that our Serializer will be doing something similar to what Jackson Akka serializer is doing (https://doc.akka.io/docs/akka/current/serialization-jackson.html#compression)?

Yes! I'd make the threshold configurable tho rather than fixed at any specific value
