Container width issues when using CSS3 box-sizing:border-box about jscrollpane

Thanks for the bug report. Just to let you know that I'm going to be too busy to look for a solution to this until the start of next year so I would recommend looking for a workaround in the meantime. You could also check whether the jQuery functions getInnerWidth and getOuterWidth behave correctly with this CSS setting - if they don't behave correctly then jScrollPane won't be able to behave correctly!

I have done some quick tests and it looks like the jQuery functions reports it correctly.
I will give solving this an attempt on my side and commit the code if its any good

*note: I'm new to git so trying to find my feet still in terms of contributing to this project
