The title of this thread says beta-02, but download on the linked page is actually beta-01?

Beta-01 gives an 'installation failure' message on my Win10 desktop. Something about a 'MS ReDist not being able to execute'. I can get you the exact error if you want, by reinstalling again. If I click to ignore the error, Vokoscreen installation completes and the program runs.

The main release does not record the correct screen in 'Area' mode. Note that I do not have any 'shadow monitors' in my Device Manager. So, this beta does seem to fix this problem, and Vokoscreen now records the correct monitor.

However, the beta-01 also freezes my screen/mouse every few seconds. The main release does not do that (or at least not to a degree that I have noticed). Sometimes the freezing stops when I exit Vokoscreen, but sometimes I need to restart my desktop. Maybe this is linked to the installation error?

For now, I have uninstalled the program because it is unusable on my computer.
I quite like Vokoscreen though. Many thanks for all your work on it.
I hope you can get it working and stable for the April release. Good luck!

Installer Error

Error during installation process (root):
Execution failed (unexpected exit code: 1638):
"C:/Program Files/vokoscreenNG/vcredist_msvc2019_x64.exe /quiet /norestart"

Click the 'ignore' button completes the installation dialogue without further error. Vokoscreen also runs without error. However, as stated, my cursor freezes every few seconds, which doesn't happen with the main release of v4.00. My OS is the current Win10 on a desktop that is about three or four years old.

Sorry I can't be of more help, but I'm not a programmer. :)
