Metric route not working with Apache + mod_passenger about puppetboard

After some debugging it seems like the url_for method is encoding special
characters inside the url two times, so the % character is encoded as an
extra %25

If i open the following puppetboard url:
/metric/com.jolbox.bonecp%253Atype%253DBoneCP

There are 2 different values for the metric parameter:
running with dev.py: /metric/com.jolbox.bonecp%3Atype%3DBoneCP
running with passenger: /metric/com.jolbox.bonecp%253Atype%253DBoneCP
(this fails)

I found a quick workaround that doesn't seem to affect any other version of deployment digitalmediacenter@13362ae

Is anyone else having an issue like that?

I'm not running with mod_passenger right now but I have a setup that is so I'll check it out. Running on mod_wsgi I see this URL: metric/com.jolbox.bonecp%253Atype%253DBoneCP and it works just fine.
