ITestRunner doesn't allow for running single TestFixtures/TestCases. about dunitx

I would love to see the VCL runner completed, I just haven't had the time to do and I tend to just use the console (on a CI server). It's often requested so we would be very happy to accept a contribution.

When the form loads, it builds the tree by first calling BuildFixtures, those fixtures are what is actually run, so I think it may just be a case of making the runner check if the fixtures are actually enabled, and perhaps checking if a fixture has any enabled tests (would need to recurse into child fixtures). I think the runner already skips disabled tests, but I don't think it skips disabled fixtures.

So my advise would be to just have a crack at it in a fork/branch, and post here when it's ready for review (before creating the pull request) and myself and the other main contributors (Jason & Robert) will take a look.
