V-effect timeout about discussion

Imagine you use the native setTimeout inside a v-effect function, and the state changed before the timer fires - there's no way for you to cancel that timer.

If you use the provided timeout though, all timers are tracked by Vue, and when the state changes, timers that haven't fired are automatically cancelled.

I see now. That is close to the docs but somehow more complete. I have never used timeout in transition yet so that might be the reason. Thanks !
