@richtr, do you want to make a HTMLMediaElement-only proposal?
Yes. Of course we do already have https://github.com/richtr/html-media-focus. Currently figuring out how to incorporate different media 'types' as per the relevant documented use cases in to that proposal.
Perhaps we can continue the HTMLMediaElement-only proposal around that repo for now unless someone has a better idea?
