It looks like they are using the "SkipTo" script from the PayPal website and not the "Jump To" script developed for the APG.

They need to use this "Jump To" script:

The "JumpTo.js" script is simpler than the "SkipTo.js" script and as you have already noticed the "Jump.js" implements a scripted shortcut key and does not use an Accesskey. The Jump To uses the same configuration information as Skip To, so it should not be too difficult to switch it in.

@richnoah, I am transferring this to the web site repo. We need to fix this b/c the PayPal one does not work with Mac VO.

@jongund @mcking65 when implementing the provided Jump To it is showing as persistent and overlaps the left side of the banner on the page

Please advise as we have a narrow window of time before we deploy today.
