To reproduce, create a new HTML page containing the latest CKEditor and oEmbed plugin on a page which brings in the Mootools library

Can you create such page and attach it here?

I tried to reproduce it but i failed. both appear to be working

Hi

I've uploaded a page where I have reproduced the issue:

http://jamieburchell.com/oembed

If you look in the console you'll see the mootools code I attempted to run after the editor loaded has failed. If you enter $ on the console you'll see jQuery has taken over this function.

Have a look in the source and uncomment the jQuery function and you'll see that works.

My best guess is when oEmbed brings jQuery in, it's not using noConflict properly.

Let me know if I can help further

Regards

Jamie

Hey

Thanks for letting me know. Do you know when this will be updated in the CKeditor release or is there a way to install it manually?

Regards

Jamie

It will be available in the CKBuilder as soon as i upload a new version to CkEditor.com, but for now i wait until other bugs are fixed.

But you can download the updated plugin.js from this github page and manually install it to the ../plugins/oembed folder inside the ckeditor folder.
