Return address property in useWeb3Modal() about web3modal-react-native

@meppsilon @web3modal/react-native alpha.5 is now available, and it has the new address prop in useWeb3Modal 💪

In the meantime, another way of getting the user address is using a web3Provider instance.

Here you can check how it's initialized:

And then you can do this to get the address:

const signer = web3Provider.getSigner();
const currentAddress = await signer.getAddress();
