'Getting Started' ENML to HTML Conversion about enml-js

@adamgruber I updated the test today. I didn't look into the output html in detail. But all the visual layouts seem to be perfect to me.

The problem you saw was not DIVs closing but without images the whole Getting Started page seem collapsed. Thus, only ENML content is not enough you need to provide the library with all the note's resources as well.
