[PATCH] Script for build and installation about cloud9

Andrei, the script is very useful! Would it be OK with you to make it available 
to everyone by adding it as an attachment to the Cloud9 setup documentation 
page at http://cloud9.epfl.ch/setting-up, and referring to it in the 
documentation text?

Hi Stefan!

Absolutely - would be glad to see it added (and perhaps improved by
other users as well for other environment setups) until there will be a
fully official (perhaps gyp-based) build&install script.

Feel free to add/update to the script appropriate Cloud9 license header
in addition to the existing author headers so it will be in the same
style as other scripts in Cloud9 suite.

I didn't change anything in the script, since I think your heading is OK.

It would be great indeed to convert everything to gyp. If you get the chance to 
work on anything in this regard, I'll be happy to apply your patches.
