Of course, this is a bug, will fix it. Until then I recommend simply resetting the app settings under Settings/Application/Advanced.../Reset App Settings... to fix this issue.

If a keyboard shortcut is defined, the shortcut will be still editable/removable even if the feature is a Pro feature. If no shortcut is defined, the shortcut field is fully disabled. This should solve this issue. Thanks for reporting this issue @KaranErry!
