Normalize Unicode characters to Roman equivalents about reciter

Currently using JUnidecode to convert Unicode to ASCII when comparing author names during clustering.

3. A candidate article for Anthony Sauve (aas2004) is 11715801. The journal in the error output reads, "Physical " whereas the actual name of the journal is: "Physical & occupational therapy in pediatrics"
4. The PMID for an article written by Richard D. Granstein is 24763504. In the output file, the title reads "Careful evaluation needed of ". That is because the title contains quotemarks.

The implementation of this code begins at line 211 of PubmedEFetchHandler.java, at the line:

public void characters(char[] ch) ...

I will evaluate this code once I am able to run the ReCiterAlgorithmGeminiMerge branch.
