Is this the successor to the S3 idea referred to in #14 ?

I'm not sure, we still need ssl raw file hosting for widgets since they are
used inside of a secure iframe (which I don't think we can do from GIST).
Maybe when we add the metadata the build script would push the widget
files to S3 with links stored?

I'm closing this and opening an issue to add widgets to the S3 syncer.
