Android Studio preferred update channel about wearscript-android

I'm fine with either way, we should do whatever helps people get on board easiest regardless of having previous installs of android studio or new ones. This change mainly impacts how we tell people to install Android Studio, if they should choose a specific update channel over canary. If anyone else has an opinion on this please let us know here, I don't have nearly as much experience with Studio as Scott does.

The problem I had was annoying but I think it will be forced on people regardless of the channel. Basically there is a break in patches for OSX that requires you to download and replace the app, but the new one doesn't contain the SDK. So you have to have an old version and fish out the SDK and move it, then you may run into problems with it not actually finding the SDK and they seem to have removed some of the tools that used to be there for that.
