Add WS.QR(callback) about wearscript-android

Hey, I will work on this. What should the flow be though? If we hit the WS.QR call, does a new activity just start, regardless of what the user is doing? That seems pretty intrusive.

Yeah it should start because we're going to have another way to know if the
activity has focus, there could be times that you want to scan a QR code
based on a head gesture for example when it is running in the background.
So you'd want to set a callback string in the BackgroundService, when we
return from the QR intent we check that callback thing and call the
callback function with the result (several examples in there of that).
