Is it specific to Chrome for Testing, or specific to the newer versions of Dev / Canary?

To the best of my knowledge, CfT doesn’t enable or disable any features related to CSS at all, so I’d be surprised if this only reproduced in CfT but not in regular Chrome builds of the same version.

Have the CSS animation Chromium feature owners investigated? Maybe there’s a change that landed in Dev that could explain this?

This flakiness issue did not occur in the Chrome Dev results just before the switch to using CfT. When I investigated this in February, it seemed that this was exclusive to CfT

However, I am seeing now seeing the these tests flaking on Chrome Stable. They did not flake in stable m121 in early February. Maybe this is a sign that a change within this timeline caused this issue? I made feature owners aware that I know of, but we did not have any insight gleaned as to why this might be happening.
