.tables files generated by new define_tables doesn't match that of fake_migrate about web2py

Don't know for sure what version I was on when the original was created.
I'm taking a few days off but will check it out early next week.

Just saw the post on web3py on the developers list. This issue can certainly be dealt with later, not critical for me at this time.
