I have since ran run_tests.py, this is what I get:

Arch Linux here, by the way. As I do with other python packages I use pip inside of a virtual environment. Before running that test, after seeing errors I decided to install from requirements-dev.txt Should it be installed differently? Having a look at travis.yml it looks like easy_install is used.. is that such a good idea.

Thanks for the report!
Python 3 should be fine but tor-browser-selenium is not compatible with Selenium version 3 and above.

Would you mind downgrading to version required in setup.py and try again?

I'm closing as I think the selenium version should be the culprit here. Feel free to reopen if necessary.
