The message for the ssllabs hint is nice:
webhint didn't return the result fast enough. Please try later and if the problem continues, contact us.

@GuillaumeRossolini we definitely need to improve that message.
The problem with axe and no-vulnerable-javascript-libraries is that those hints inject JS into the page to do all their magic and with jsdom and depending on the complexity of the site it could timeout. With ssllabs we use a third party service. But as I said before, we need to improve that message. If you have any ideas feel free to open a PR directly!
