- download modGRUBShell.efi and rename it to BOOTX64.efi；
- create a bootable USB stick with ESP partition;
- create /EFI/BOOT/ in ESP partition, copy BOOTX64.efi file to the folder;
- boot the computer with the USB and run the 2 commands.
Modifying BIOS could damage hardware, do this at your own risk.

Just a commnet, modGRUBShell.efi can be run as a tool under Opencore, just like other tools under the "Tools" folder.
