The file-loader makes no sense with enhanced-require. Replace it with another loader.

@sokra Mhmm I'm not sure about it. In isomorphic apps I think it does make sense to get the public path on the server (as described in webpack-contrib/file-loader#2)...

+1 when you need server-side rendering you need image urls.
