I have test create php cronjob to my heroku and API Key not reset
maybe reset every day because heroku terms

From what I know apps on Heroku free accounts shut downs after 30 minutes if they don't have any traffic and turns back on when someone visits it. Maybe use something like https://uptimerobot.com/ to ping it every 15 minutes and keep it up. Also files that get updated after the app is up gets reset after it turns off.
