Sorry, I'm quite new to GitHub. I couldn't find the option for me to open a pull request on the site.

Right beside the name of the repo there is a button called pull request. You have to have the changes to your fork before submitting the pull request.

You can not just hit edit on the page https://github.com/wet-boew/wet-boew-php/blob/master/demos-php/inc/body-corps-2a.php and it will open on online editor that you can make your changes in and then PR
