PHP Variant Working Examples Hosting about wet-boew-php

@jeffdavidgordon, @nschonni and I are currently setting up an azure server to host the PHP demos (see #20). I think the master PHP variant for WET 3.1 is pretty close to ready if you're looking to use it. I still have some documentation to do to describe the latest config file changes done in the demos.

@upsonp Sounds great. Let me know when you get your server up and running and I'll remove the examples from our servers. You can then update the Working Examples pagewithin the main wet-boew project with new links. Thanks!

Thanks for the assistance. I used quite a bit of what you put in originally when I did the rewrite to make the variant more modular allowing the variant to be more easily updated new themes to be more easily added.

@upsonp Since the examples are running now, could you plear submit a PR to wet-boew repo to change the working example links for the PHP variant to point to your examples? Currently they point to the RCMP examples.

@pjackson28 Yes, where's best to do that. I'm thinking about updating the (https://github.com/upsonp/wet-boew/edit/master/demos/index-eng.html) English and French pages so the references point to http://wet-boew-php.azurewebsites.net/demos-php/index.php instead of php/index-eng.php and php/index-fra.php.

Would that be ok or do you want the (https://github.com/upsonp/wet-boew/tree/master/demos/php) files updated instead?

@upsonp to avoid 404 issues, you should at least update the wet-boew pages since they have been around for awhile. You can also mirror the demo index pages in the wet-boew-php repo as well if you like.

@upsonp I was just suggesting duplicating the PHP demos page in your repo so they can find that page regardless of what repo they start out in.

@pjackson28 what about just using a <meta> refresh on the pages that are to be redirect to the new host?

@nschonni Yes, that is a possibility also although the meta-refresh value would need to be 0. Also in that case make sure the main repo links directly to the php repo demos page.
