If you'd like I could add a 'front-page.php'. Do you have an example that you could forward? I'm not quite sure the reason for having this? What does it do? thanks.

It could essentially be the Wordpress equivalent of the following: http://wet-boew.github.com/wet-boew/demos/theme-gcwu-fegc/home-accueil-eng.html. Perhaps the "Headline" section could be automated (pulling in the three most recent pages that were tagged or fall under the category, "headline").

Even if you'd like to leave a blank slate for individuals that download the theme, the filename for the homepage should be clearly defined - be it home.php or front-page.php - as it has an impact on the breadcrumbs (did you use is_home or is_front_page? Or both?).

Original issue has been fixed. Front-page.php vs. home.php naming convention and/or use to be discussed later.
