I dont know if this is related. I recently restarted my proxmox host to get a windows VM to boot. When I noticed nothing was working in my house I checked hassio and there was no frontend and I went and looked at the console in proxmox and it was stuck on the uefi bios page and had dropped in to the shell in yellow text. Panic set in and I tried to restore a recent backup and same thing. I got really worried maybe something was wrong with proxmox but my other VMS/containers work. I went back one more back up and then it booted. Thank god I really should export my configuration once in awhile. yikes!

The disk image that is used is maintained by Home Assistant developers. If you are having a problem starting a UEFI environment, check to see if your motherboard supports UEFI.
