Enable/Disable proxy for a specific program about proxifyre

At the moment, dynamic changes in the configuration, like controlling several proxies for different programs and enabling/disabling them without restarting the service, are not supported in the code. However, extending the API to incorporate these functionalities is certainly feasible and should not pose a major challenge.

Regarding the use of ProxiFyre, it’s important to note that while the code is open source, it incorporates a driver component that is free only for personal and non-commercial use. If you intend to distribute your software commercially, licensing the driver component will be necessary.
