Update:

After downgrade to pip == 9.0.3, import error is fix, but another error occurred on CF.

The error:

This is because of line40 - 44 will use gcc, but the god damn CF can't use gcc in APP.

Consider remove entry_points in setup.py.

Problem:

The GOD DAMN CLOUD FOUNDRY can't install pylint in APP.

Remove it from requirements_setup.txt can fix this problem.
Check PR #2 and merge it.
