Add Python 3.5 support

Hi,

Thanks for your interest in ParaText. The "2.7 and above" is a typo. There is no specific reason to not support both except I have yet to use Python 3. I am happy to help in any way to add support for it.

I have taken a stab at adapting the C/C++ code to Python3. It compiles. Now, the next task is to adapt the Python code.

I've adapted the Python code. ParaText appears to work on Python3. Please see the paratext-2016-06-python3-support branch.
