I have the same issue with the latest version of prettier, astro, prettier-plugin-astro, prettier-plugin-tailwindcss.
I added these two scripts to my package.json for now:
"prettier:write-fix": "prettier --write . --plugin prettier-plugin-astro --plugin prettier-plugin-tailwindcss",
"prettier:check-fix": "prettier --check . --plugin prettier-plugin-astro --plugin prettier-plugin-tailwindcss"
from prettier-plugin-astro.

This is fixed in the currently unreleased 3.1 of Prettier

Prettier 3.1 has been released, no workaround are necessary for this to work anymore.
