@tblanke , can you please take a look at this? I am unable to find the problem ...

Hi @wouterpeere ,

I have added docutils<0.17 to the docs requirements and changed the changelog bullet point sign from "-" to "*". From my side this has worked. Can you check that as well?

Thanks! I read about the docutils<0.17 online, but since they now already have a version 0.19, I thought that couldn't be the cause of this problem.

I open a PR and continue with the merge.
