Form created but invisible in the admin about everest-forms

OK I can access the forms by entering their ID in the address bar. But they remain invisible on the administration page. --> SITE-URL/admin.php?page=evf-builder&tab=settings&form_id=602

@planetenamek As you have said, I tried on fresh sandbox with WP 4.9.8, installed Everest Form 1.3.4 (older version) and created few sample contact forms. Afterward I updated WP to 5.0 and Everest Forms to latest version, still no luck to replicate above mention bug.

Well, I'll really need your help... Because is everything correct, but maybe there is some problem with WP_Query request here for some reason. Is there any cached plugin installed because we don't utilize caching parameters for the query result?

From the support query I came to know one of the plugin Search Everything by Sovrn, zemanta is being the culprit to disappear forms. Will have to go in details for this issue :)

Couldn't replicate. It seems like a plugin conflict.
