This task_id gives an example of this issue (a polygon with no settled pixels):

When a user queries a location with no settled area, they should return a population estimate of zero. In other situations, the API returns the same messages when there are actual errors and the user should receive a population estimate of NA.
The front end (wopr R package and woprVision web application) cannot distinguish between these situations from the current API error messaging and so a population estimate of zero will be returned in some situations when there has been a processing error on the API server. The following task_id gives an example of this situation:
