Hanging on al_uninstall_system about wtengine

If I disable imgui it still hangs, so at least something else is the cause. Just need to find out what!

Think this is caused by moving asset loading to the game constructor. It's likely not removing them before the shutdown leaving some bitmaps hanging.
Will research this more.

Well sadly that wasn't it. Time to look into this more

OK, looking into using custom deleters with the shared pointers for the assets to make sure stuff gets cleaned up.

OK decided to do a bit of a rework on the assets manager's workings so it follows the example closer to here:

This should then allow these objects to destruct properly.

Overhaul of the assets is done, now just need to implement a method to clear them all and keep testing.

And after adding a clear method to wipe the allegro objects... it works! :D
